@today's Darth Mickey parody: Actually... George hasn't done anything - and that's the problem there for once. You see, that's because his retirement from the biz - after saying that this way there wouldn't be any more new SW movies - that Disney was able to acquire the entire LucasFilm/LucasArts/THX/ILM companies from the new people in charge. Yeah.

Poor Crash..if there was one game that would be a great excuse to bring him back, it was that one!
Waitaminute... BioShock, Devil May Cry and Tekken (these days..) aren't SONY trademarked series either!! What's going on?! It's a conspiracy to keep Crash buried!!! °___°

Yeah imagine my disappointment when Crash and other great classics didn't get in either.
By the way BioShock, Devil May Cry, Heihachi, Raiden, etc may not be trademarked by Sony but their series they have come from were great hits on Playstation consoles, Big Daddy from BioShock is an exception as he counts as a MultiPlatform AllStar Representation of Playstation or some reason like that (I think).
Rumour had it the IP holders, Activision either kept saying no to Superbot or they asked for a ridiculous amount. Not sure what was true at the time as Superbot keeps claiming they too want Crash in. Also not sure if its me but I would have loved to see Blood Omen's very own Kain to have joined the Battle Royale, would have been awesome playing as him =(
