Lately I've been listening to a lot of Two Steps From Hell tracks and they sound awesome and epic. My personal favorite ones that I can't stop listening to are Invincible, He Who Brings the Night, Strength of a Thousand Men, United We Stand Divided We Fall and Crack in Time. There are others but these are my most favorite ones that I can think off the top of my head.
Now to Dissidia after playing through both the first and the second game the final boss theme against Chaos and Feral Chaos are catchy and good but its not what I imagined Chaos having as a theme. The Messenger is weird and seems to have no sense to Chaos himself and seems more relevant to the heroes in some cheesy sort of sense. the beginning of Feral Chaos is Cantra Mantara or sumit like that sounds promising and good then God in Fire starts up after 3 minutes and its good but again its just doesn't seem to fit him that well even though the song is about him.
I just feel that the Final Boss themes for both Dissidia's should have been more Heavy Metal, Power Metal or Operatic Metal. Something that showed a bit more dread and the feeling of pressure from such an huge and epic boss. My suggestion would of been instead of getting "Your Favorite Enemies" (The Messenger) and Kidney Thieves (God in Fire) I would have got someone like Sabaton, Sonata Arctica, Rhapsody of Fire, Two Steps From Hell, or hell even Yuki Kajiura (Japanese Music Composer) might have put something awesome together that would of suited Chaos way more better then these two. Now don't get me wrong The Messenger and God in Fire are good its just I expected something more from Square then these.
