I have too many RPGs to list but I will say this, the "Tales of" series is a great underrated series its even better then Final Fantasy in my view just based on the fact the stories are always so well told and the characters have diverse and interesting personalities and stories. Also at times you get these sometimes funny skit scenes that are just funny which makes for a good rest from all the serious stuff from the plot so I highly recommend that series but some reason not all of them came out to Europe or even out of Japan so it be hard to find some of them but Tales of Symphonia is probably the most well known one of the series and most likely the easiest to find.

Mother 3 for me. Although not in terms of gameplay, but storyline. In that sense Mother 3 wins for me by a landslide

Ahhh favourite RPG of all time would be either for me Tales of Symphonia or Final Fantasy 7. Finding it hard to choose between the two tbh but FF 7 was the first RPG I played ever and it blew me away and when the next gen consoles came at the time PS2 and the like I didn't really like any as much till I played ToS on the Gamecube and I must of played it all the way through with secrets about 3-4 times.

For the longest time Final Fantasy 7 blew my mind growing up. It was the first sort of RPG I played from start to finish, and was one of the only games I had for the longest time on my PSX. However over the years I found that the fanbase (as for most things) was unbearable. About last year I picked up the Disgea games and I haven't put them down since. The series is the perfect mesh of tongue in cheek and involvement. Disgea 4 has a level cap of 99999 and a damage cap of 1.8 quadrillion along with a class level up system, post game classes as well as upgradable weapons, equipment and even potions.

Yes I also love the Disgaea games too I actually own all 4 of the main series on my PS2 and 3. Completed them all apart from 3 no idea why maybe its because I found it more difficult then all the other or maybe the story or characters didn't really get me motivated to finish it. Regardless of the reason I love the series the insane dark humor, the insane moves, the insane levels of detail in building your characters to how you see fit and so on. My only gripe with that series is that it takes a long time to level up to top level and requires a lot of work which is free time I don't really have and so I just complete the game try to do some extra content then probably leave it till I have free time to grind a bit. But outta all Disgaea 1 is my favorite of the entire series 4 being 2nd, 2 being 3rd and 3 being last.
